DELIVERY, INSTALL AND BREAKDOWN FEE is $50 plus $5 per mile both ways.

*note: you will be required to sign a contract to secure date or all money will be refunded and date will not be secure. You will be required to also pay an additional $150 REFUNDABLE incidental fee to cover any missing and/or damaged items, supplies and equipment provided.
